Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information RecipeZoe (recipezoe.online) collects, how it is used, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this website only.

Information collected

Server logs

Like most websites, the server that hosts RecipeZoe automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working, and are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. RecipeZoe itself uses only what is needed for the site to function, such as remembering a dark-mode preference in your browser’s local storage. Advertising partners may set cookies as described below. See the Cookie Policy for details and for how to manage cookies.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you enter are sent by email so that a reply can be made. They are not used for marketing, not sold, and not shared except as needed to operate email delivery.

Advertising and Google AdSense

RecipeZoe may use Google AdSense to display advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

Other third-party vendors or ad networks may also use cookies to serve ads on this site. Where they do, they are responsible for their own use of cookies and data, under their own privacy policies. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at Google’s partner sites page.

Where required by law, such as for visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the European Economic Area, personalized advertising is shown only with consent collected through a consent management platform.

Share buttons

Recipe pages include share links for Pinterest, Facebook and WhatsApp. They are plain links: nothing is sent to those services unless you click one, at which point that service’s own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

UK and EU visitors (GDPR)

If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. RecipeZoe does not sell personal information for money.

To exercise any of these rights, please use the Contact page. Requests are answered within the time required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

RecipeZoe is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please use the Contact page so it can be deleted.
